Date of Placement: Apr 21 2010Holy Family High School serves over 650 students, ranging in age from 14-65. The school also hosts athletic activities with participants ranging in ages from 14-18 and spectators ranging in age from 1 month to 90+ years.
Based on the teachings of Jesus Christ, Holy Family High School seeks to provide a Catholic learning environment that stresses academic excellence, fosters mutual respect, demands responsibility, and encourages self-growth.
Inside of that aim, increasing the safety and protection of their students, faculty/staff and community members with an AED is a logical action.
Kick Start My Heart received the $750 "Pay It Forward" donation from Holy Family High School in April 2009 and we implemented an AED in this facility in April 2010. The donation was made possible through a generous $3,000 Hero's Table donation from HeartSmart and Philips for the Sweet Hearts Ball in February 2010.
