As a K-6 elementary school, Fairmount hosts every day physical education classes, plus numerous evening activities with students and parents, so implementing an AED would enhance child and adult safety.
Kick Start My Heart received the $750 "Pay It Forward" donation from Fairmount Elementary School in June 2009. Through an additional donation of $1,100 from The Bucci Invitational Golf Tournament, placement of the Fairmount AED was moved to the fast track! John Bucci requested that Kick Start My Heart focus his funds towards placing an AED at this school which we did in July 2009!
