City of Northglenn Recreation Center, Northglenn CO
Date of Placement: May 30 2007The Recreation Center is a 40,500 multi-purpose facility and is the home for the City of Northglenn's recreation programs and services. The recreation center consists of 4 multi-purpose rooms, gymnasium, weight room, pool, 2 racquetball courts, and a 300-seat performance theatre.
Open to the general public, the on site activities include aquatics, exercise, basketball, racquetball, senior center and many programs offered to small tots to seniors. Staff commented: "We have thousands of people every year at our center and we feel it is necessary to have equipment at all key locations".
Kick Start My Heart have received the $500 "Pay It Forward" donation from City of Northglenn Recreation Center and proudly implemented an AED in this facility shortly after our main fundraising event in May 2007!
