Another successful event!! Our third annual soccer fund raiser was certainly the smoothest and most fun. Over $7,500 was collected on the event day itself, with more to follow from the silent auction and other donations still to come; we will end up with a total in line with previous years of $8,000-$10,000 raised from the event itself.

Additionally, the foundation continues to receive 'Pay It Forward' donations from our AED placement partners, which means that we have already raised over $15,000 and placed NINE defibrillators through May 1 this year! The additional funds will allow us to implement AED's at Heatherwood Elementary School and the 4 other locations currently on our waiting list - at a minimum!

The event was highlighted by the mascot and celebrity game featuring SEVEN mascots from the local colleges and sports franchises, several celebrities and other local luminaries dressed in peculiar ways!

The Kick Start My Heart foundation also took time to recognize our 13 AED partners to date and to present our 14th AED to Heatherwood Elementary School in Boulder! All in all, a great event and the donations continue to roll in. Thanks to everyone who supported the event this year.
